Default Hydrogen Peroxide

I am going to do a partial water change to my "20" Gallon Goldfish
tank...I always buy the chemical to take the Chlorine out of the water
you add 15 drops and the chlorine is gone....I was told at a Pet store
that Hydrogen Peroide 20 Drops does the same thing...is this
true....Thanks for your help..."Gary"

I haven't heard this, but you can buy dechlorinator he

If you only have a 20 gallon tank, 4 lbs should last you a lifetime or two.
I bought four pounds a couple of years ago and I still have lots left. Of
course if you have Chloramines in your water it will leave the Ammonia
behind; not sure how big a deal this really is.

I have heard of Hydrogen Peroxide being used to add O2 to the water in the
vent of a power failure.
