My bio-wheels aren't turning :(
The wheels on my Penguin 330 aren't turning. I switched out the filter media
& made sure there was nothing blocking the wheels, as per the troubleshooting guide in the manual. Anything else I can check? Maybe the flow of water has decreased for some reason? The whole thing is maybe two months old. thanks
