Default Red Head Cichlid

I have just seen a beautiful little cichlid, body purplish in colour, yellow
fins, (dorsal especially) , and blue eyes. Shape much like a convict. The
shop says it's a red head cichlid, A quick google search showed pictures of
adult fish that looked totally different. The fish I saw was 3-4 cm long.
Are they correct? and if so would they be OK with Firemouths, Blue Acaras
and a Green Terror female? Again my search re behaviour gave differing
views on temperament

Thanks

Leong
