The parents may be eating the eggs so as to prevent the third fish from getting to them. A pair of convicts probably should have a 29 gallon tank or bigger. |

I have had great success with breeding convicts in 10 gallon tanks. However,
I always kept only the mated pair in the tank. Try removing the extra female. The problem, you are having is likely due to the presence of the extra female. I think if you remove her, t wrote in message ... They keep laying eggs and eating them, I have two females and one male in a 10 gallon tank.
