Moving tank

Are you sure the counter can support the weight? 29G is over 300 lbs.

right in front of a window, is algae going to become a prob?
Probably, yes.

Is doing this
going to start the cycling process all over again?
It shouldn't, provided you move the filtration system
as well as any gravel or sand with the tank.

Those are the only concerns that come to mind for the moment (besides throwing
my back out getting the thing over there). Thanks! :]
That's a good one to be concerned about. If at all possible, you
should try to have someone there to at least keep you company
(and to dial 911 if need be) just to be on the safe side.
