Default Goldfish going blind.

Recently I thought my Demekin was suffering from flipover. I'd just
finished a salt water treatment for a winter Ich outbreak. During that
time I'd cleared everything out of the tank and hadn't been feeding peas
so I wasn't too suprised by it.

However since feeding peas and seeing them pass through normally and
treating the water with Epsom Salts and not seeing a mega-poop I figured
something else was wrong.

It appears that a growth like a layer of skin has grown across one eye,
over the last couple of days I've seen the last two millimetres in the
centre of the eye be covered over. The grouth is noticable on the eye
when she swims. What I though was flipover is actually her resting with
this eye down. Her sense of up\down seems to have been affected.

There's a slight blackening of several scales but nothing like I've seen
with ammonia burn on fish. At first I'd figured it was just part of the
the whole false blackmoor to demekin change.

Water and everything is fine. I'm doing frequent water changes, have
flushed out the filter and have added some Tea Tree oil in case it's a
bacterial problem. She appears to be eating normally, fins aren't limp
or clenched, but is perhaps a little lazier than normal.

Anyone seen this in a fish before?
