Default Goldfishes resting ?

Is it normal that the goldfish is resting, don't move at all, for about
1-2min ?
It is not sitting at the bottom, just stand there in the water.

I don't know about "normal" with goldfish, but my fantails and orandas
all rest in the water. They usually do this at night or after I've
turned the lights off in their tank.

Yup,

They just sort of "park" there in the water. Sorta cute, really.
