FS: Tropical Fish 3 Large Cyphotilapia Frontosas & 2 FeatherfinsAustin TX

I have 3 large six-stripe cyphotilapia frontosas (Tanganyikan Cichlids,
sometimes used to be known as African Humpheads) for sale. I estimate
they're about 5 inches to around 8 inches. Pretty hard to get a ruler in
there with 'em. They're kinda shy. No idea what gender they are. The two
bigger ones have pretty good humps growing on their foreheads, the smaller
one hasn't developed a big hump yet, might be a female. I've raised these
from pups. They're probably just over three years old.

Buy one, buy two, buy all three. Best offer takes 'em home. You're gonna
need a big tank to house these critters. A hundred gallons at least.

I also have two large featherfin catfish (synodontis eupterus) for sale.
These guys are fast swimmers. They like clowning around, chasing each other
around the tank, but mostly they like to hang out upside down inside a huge
submerged strawberry pot.

P.S. To all you newsgroup purists, these are expensive and rare fish and
especially for specimens of this size it would definitely be worth the drive
from DFW or Houston to get them, that's why I'm posting there too.

nice. if i had a lake tang tank, i might consider this. im too enthralled
with lake malawai though

Actually Mark if memory serves me correctly you prolly have 2 females and a male
as the male tend to be a tad smaller in this species.

Mature male frontosa are much larger than females, reaching over a
foot in length. These are probably from Burundi and are the most
common frontosa available, $25-30 ea. The blue varities like Ziare and
Moba are $175-300 ea if you can find them.
