4 foot high tank

That would be a killer tank to look and marvel at, but an even bigger killer
to set up and maintain.

I set one up for a client end of last year, which was 6'L X 2.5'W X 4'H
using 19mm tempered glass...

Sailor's Eyeball. Do NOT burst it.

Caper,

When you say "without anything", do you mean literally nothing beside the
water, salt, filter and fish? You haven't placed any live rock in the tank?
This normally clears up the water within...

When you say 96W, I assume you mean 4 pieces of 2' 24W HO-T5s. This would be
great for your softy tank without generating too much heat, or using too
much power if you're driving them from an...
