Default Placing Seaweed in a tank

I have 2 grazing fish that requires me to place seaweed in the tank just
about everyday. I use a simple clip that i weigh down using a small piece of
LR. Does anyone have a good tip for placing seaweed in the tank that doesn't
require my arm to get wet? any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks
