Built-in Overflow Problem

Yea I saw it after sending my post.

Just because your pipe makes gurgling noise does not mean
that it can't handle more water.

For example, if you were to unscrew your pipe from the
bulkhead, you could double the water flow, and still not
fill up the overflow.
