Default Goldfish Food..Question.

I have Eight regular over the counter type Goldfish--nothing
Fancy.....Two of them are 3inches long...My question is...i really don"t
like to use the Flake food for these fish...I started using the frozen
Bloodworms for Goldfish...Kind of expensive for this type of food...I
was woundering if i could use Cut up pieces of Nght Crawlers or Meal
worms for there food---Or is this a bad idea...Please give me some
advice on what types of food Goldfish eat....Thanks so much...Gary T.
