Thanx for all the suggestions. One mean mother of an air lock someplace.

I had to replace the impeller and impeller cover. The problem is that I am getting a small amount of leaking around the handles so I replaced the motor housing O-ring. Because of this it is not working. Any suggestions. Are you piping CO2 into the intake?
