I don't know it by any other name, when I see them in the rivers or some
beaches they look like a type of bettle thats about 2-5mm long and about 1mm wide, seems to have 4 legs but might have 8, and run across the top of the water, they move very very fast and I am not sure if they bite. From memory they are a dark colour, but not quite black. Thats the best description I got for you dude. "Pszemol" wrote in message ... The only animal called with this name is Daphnia, and it does not fly above the surface - it is crustacean :-) What animals exactly do you have in mind, Skozzy? |
