You can also do a google image search, though I just did, and it took two pages for me to find the above pic. Yea hammer coral will do fairly well under that light, but would do better under higher lighting. I just wish people would not get a tank, and then decide on lighting later. It's so much better when setting up a reef tank to decide on really good lighting, and tank at the same time.
