That's actually my 3rd tier 'short' list. 1st tier is book-marked for
future read. 2nd tier is reviewed, somewhat validated, re-file
book-mark. 3rd tier, relevant to Usenet topics, outstanding presentation
etc - goes into a notepad file on desktop. I apologise that so many
links are broken or re-directed. I've always been better at collecting
stuff than repairing or throwing it away.

Most of these links were provided by other Usenet posters, so I'm just a
filing system. Thanks for putting the links up Donald.
