DIY yeast CO2 problem

Also check your room temperature, my CO2 production decreases over the
Winter months for this reason. Yeast likes to live in water of about blood
temperature or just below.

The room is usually at 75-80 degrees. You think if I put the mix next to my
filter pump it'll produce more CO2? I sure hope so. At this rate I'll need 5
bottles to make a barely adequate amount of gas. And these are 1 gallon jugs!
