Default Tadpoles are eating my water lilies! Help!

Tadpoles are devouring my water lilies one leaf at a time. Is there any
way to keep this from happening? What can I do to eliminate the
tadpoles? Will the water lilies grow back if the floating leaves all
get eaten?

That's odd, we have hundreds of tadpoles and they never eat the water
lilies. Why not feeding the tadpoles? When I was a kid I used to collect
them and I remember they liked melon very much.

I have tadpoles too, I feed them spirulina flakes, then they leave my plants
alone
Feed them, and I bet they chose the food over your lillies!

Thanks Sophie. The idea of blanched lettuce worked perfectly. The
water lillies are recovering nicely now. Even the one that seemed to
have been totally eaten is sending up new leaves.
