Snowflake eels escaping?

My snowflake jumped out about 6 months ago. I am lucky I was still up
to put her back in the tank. I covered the back of the tank with some
aluminium and she has not jumped out since. They are wonderful and easy
to take care of, also they pretty much get along with everything but
shrimp and crabs.
