Yes, like dogs - they bite! I have two maroon clownfish and the female
is really overprotective for their home (bubble tip anemone)...
It is enough I put my hand into the tank to move some rock - I am
charged many times by the female. Sometimes it really hurts...
Sometimes, when I do not expect it, I rush my hand out of tank
hiting my hand on canopy or the tank edge :-) Really aggressive fish!
No tail waggling in my tank, sorry... ;-)

Maybe you should try using a AquaGlove or similar.
Couple / few advantage -
Hand contaminating the water
Protection - against angry fish / crab / shrimp / anemones etc.
Protection - sharp object like rock etc...

Thanks - I will have to consider something like this,
especially when the fish is still growing, so the
aggression with time will be shown with greater power... ;-)

Mine has bitten me on occasion, but it never hurt much.
