my oscars are pigs

Can I handfeed my Oscars without worrying about getting bittten?
They seem to have teeth!!...

come.they really do have personalitys of there own. i have one that
loves a ping pong ball. the other digs constantly. i have to replant
daily.the other i think if she could hop out of the tank and just sit
in my lap she would.lol. they are wonderful fish. best of luck with
