Aside from your tank not being cycled, I haven't read anything that
would cause mass death unless some disease got out of control in your tank. How many fish did you start with? What kind were they and what did they die from? I apologize for the obvious questions, but... Did you have aeration in your tank and a heater? Are you conditioning your water?
