Default BioWheel wet/dry filtration availability

Anyone know if the BioWheel or similar wet/dry filtration is sold in the UK?
I've looked (but probably in the wrong places) and don't see any. I see
Marineland BioWheel Penguin ### refered to quite often - are they sold under
a different brand or just not to our taste this side of the pond?

Alan
