Default Pre Heat Bulb on an Electronic Ballast?

What would happen if I were to use the Pre Heating bulbs (slow starting) on
and electronic ballast? (Instant or rapid start)

It would prolly just shorten the life of the bulb I would imagine...

Oh, the bulbs would be overdriven as well BTW.

The reason for me asking is the only "industrial" 36" T8 6500K bulb that I
can find is from Grainger but it is the pre heating kind. =\

TIA

~Mort
