Cories Flashing/Scratching, even tho treating
Hi, I noticed my cories were flashing & scratching this past weekend, so I
started a treatment for parasites with a product called Maracide (contains Aniline Green - synonym for Malachite Green). The package says to treat for 5 days, but after 3 days of treatment, I have noticed that my Pearl Gouramis have now also started scratching. What does this mean? Is the Maracide not being effective? Could there be another problem that the Maracide does not treat? I have not noticed any fungus or injuries to the fish or any parasites that I can "see", so I am completely lost! Any advice would be most appreciated! HELP! Thanks! Kathy
