I think I might have an Ich problem, please help

There's a bunch of Ich medicines - just go to the pet store and ask for
some. You're right you shouldn't use table salt - you should use
aqarium salt. I think the dose is 1 teaspoon per gallon.

salt is I tablespoon 5 gl/ also try rid ich + seems to work pretty good for
me when I went though that with my guppies, raise the temp, tank media out
of filter when using the ich med, well it will tell you what to do on the
bottle, you should use a heater in your tank any way so temps are stable, if
you are getting to much of a swing between night and day or if the temp has
dropped it could cause ich. Ich is very easy to id it looks like salt on
your fish some fish its hard to tell but if you look at the pectoral fin
some times you can tell there.
make sure you raise the temp slow in the tank not fast.
