SAE aggression or mating?

I have 10 SAEs in 3 tanks. In 3 years I can't say I have seen the
dance you describe. I really like the SAEs almost as much as the
Clown Loaches. The two species often swim together. I wonder if
someone else has had your experience.

BTW, I have only heard of truly aggressive behavior with "false" SAEs.

Mine tend to hang out together, doing the glass dance. I guess they're
looking for Algae/Veggie Flakes. They've become a lot more cognizant of my
presence since I started supplementing Veggie Flakes.

I'm pretty certain the ones in the big tank are the real thing, not so
certain about the guys I'm talking about above. They all came out of a mixed
tank, but the first batch was picked by the manager.
