Update on moderated rec.ponds.

For those who fled rec.ponds due to the troll invasion. There will soon be
a safe place on Usenet to post pond and pond fish related messages. This was
found on another NG:


"Hi Everyone:

This is just a quick update on where we stand.

The RFD#3/LCC is pretty much complete. Right now we are still ironing out
the
technical details of the robo/automated software program we expect to use.
Some
of the possible software is being rewritten/revised.
Then we want to run a practice setup to give the proposed moderators
some
experience, and to be sure all the bugs are ironed out before we send in the
LCC, hopefuly get approved, and then finally "go live".

So please be patient. We are still active "behind the scenes."
