Critters in tank, what are they?

I had a "breakout" of these small white puffy rice looking things that are
kinda mushy and are scraped off the glass easily...
They are also inside my protien skimmer just living happily.

A few of them developed far enough to have some kind of tentacles like a

Water tests show water is perfect, the tank is about 7 months old with lots
of live sand and live rock to start it out, but nothing was added to the
tank besides the sand and rock for 2 months. Few fish in there now, lots of
crabs/snails and some corals (mushroom, torch, ricordia mushroom), 2 feather
dusters..

I had a simular breakout just before these guys of small white spiral
looking worms that harden and attached themselfs to glass, but they seem to
be no harm either.

I would love to know what these are, they dont seem to be bad but I could be
wrong, they were on the back of my tank only, but I think something ate them
off of the tank, but they are still rampant in my sump as the pictures show
below:

The little brown anemones are Aiptasia. You might want to get rid of them.

I'm working on getting some Aeolidiella stephanieae to eat those
Aiptasia's.. I'm lucky I live close to Inland Aquatics which from what I've
heard is just wonderful. They have over 27,000 gallons in their system and
have already told me they have some Aeolidiella stephanieae's to sell. So
I'm going to purchase some.. however they suggest that I get 3 A.
stephanieae's per 5 gallons, and they arent exactly cheap. They are close
to 30 dollars a piece!.. ouch.

I may buy 3 of them just to see if they seem to impact the Aiptasia's at
all.

Wow they told you to purchase 3 per 5 gallon !!

If you have space to put a Lee's breeder net manufacture
number 10265, then you can get it and place it in your
tank, add a few aiptasia, and then add 2 of the nudi's and
let them lay eggs.

They had some that were with eggs for a tad bit more, I guess for my tank
considering is kind of new, only about 4 chunks of live rock (but about 30
Aiptasia's) 3 per 5 gallon seemed a high number..

This breeder net you mentioned where can I get it, and without having a net
I guess the downside would be A. Stephanieae's all over eh?

Whats your recommendation on how to go about this?
Keep in mind I'm kind of a newbie to this

I have no idea what rate they eat Aiptasia's at, and I'm still concerned
about my other corals, I want to make sure this is a safe method..

No, the down side is them not surviving in the tank, ie
getting killed.

Print out the brand name, and item number and take it to
your lfs. If they don't have the breeder net they should
be able to order it for your, and get it in within about a
week.

The nudibranches 1 to 3 will gang up, and destroy one
aiptasia about every other night, and in the morning after
lay a batch of eggs.
