The BBB is a joke. They see themselves as an advertising
agency, and when a person complains to them about one of
their paying members, they don't take action against them
because they don't want to lose those membership fees.
Instead they just play mail carrier with the complaint.

The BBB will do nothing unless the complainer 1) has been injured and 2) will
settle for something "reasonable."

I think it unlikely that the BBB will handle a case in which the only acceptable
settlement is to make them stop keeping starfish in the same tank as anemones. I
could be wrong.

IMO, the most effective cure is publicity, such as that which Wayne is
providing. It may not be very effective, but it's the best we have.
