The BBB is a joke. They see themselves as an advertising
agency, and when a person complains to them about one of their paying members, they don't take action against them because they don't want to lose those membership fees. I think it unlikely that the BBB will handle a case in which the only acceptable settlement is to make them stop keeping starfish in the same tank as anemones. I could be wrong. IMO, the most effective cure is publicity, such as that which Wayne is providing. It may not be very effective, but it's the best we have.
